The LORD, the God Who Exists, the one true God, created all that exists, and by virtue of this fact, all that exists belongs to Him. Whether it be man or beast, animate or inanimate, creature or creation, it all belongs to Him by right as its Creator; He is the Owner of all. He is also the Designer, the Definer, the Determiner, and the Sustainer of all that exists, and is, therefore, the Absolute Authority over all, the one who set the criteria governing every function and interaction of every thing and aspect of creation. His very nature as the transcendent Creator God sets Him exceedingly above that which He brought into existence; He is not created, nor is He subject to the creation. It all exists within Him, just as the Apostle Paul told the Athenians that “in Him we are living and moving and existing” (literal translation of the present tense verbs), and He exists within the creation at every point in every moment, and He is never not in any place; indeed, He pervades the creation in its entirety, but at the same time, this is not at all like the erroneous beliefs, such as polytheism, that see a “god” in everything. Nothing is “self-existing,” though some so-called “scientists” ignorantly proclaim the universe to be “self-existing,” and nothing exists of its own power and authority. Everything that exists possesses, in truth, only the power and authority which He, the Creator, has delegated, and, thus, everything that exists is accountable to Him for its use of that power and authority. No thing, or composite of things, of the creation rules over or has control of Him; He is truly the absolute authority over all.
